Return Policy

  • No Returns on Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or an unboxing video to support your claim. We will process a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
  • Missing Items: In the event that an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Share a clear video or photographic proof of unboxing for verification.

Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products: For verified cases of damaged or defective items, we will process a refund or replacement within 4-7 business days.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package is mandatory for refund or replacement claims related to damage, leakage, or incorrect items.
  • Tampered Package at Delivery: If the package is visibly tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify our customer support immediately.
  • Non-Delivery: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Delayed complaints will not be eligible for refund.
  • Refund Mode & Timeframe: Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-6 business days..
  • Delivery Charges: We offer free delivery across India for orders valued above INR 1,999/-. Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a 2% cancellation fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If a prepaid order is returned post-dispatch, a return handling fee of ₹75 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 4-5 business days to the original payment method.
