Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Mumbai, India. Each product is carefully packed and managed to ensure timely dispatch and safe delivery.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping across India on all orders, regardless of the order value.

Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities: Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days.
  • Rest of India: Delivery may take up to 7–8 working days, depending on your exact location.

Note: These timelines are estimates and may vary due to local conditions.

Shipping Hours

  • Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Holiday Schedule: No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, they are dispatched for shipping.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing a tracking number. You may track your shipment via our website or contact our customer support team for updates.

Signature / OTP Requirement

To ensure secure delivery:
  • A signature or OTP (One-Time Password) will be required at the time of delivery.
  • The OTP will be sent to the recipient’s registered mobile number.
  • If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person is present to sign or verify the OTP on your behalf.

Handling Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Damaged Items: If your package is damaged during transit, contact us on the same day of delivery with unboxing photographs or a clear video of the damage. We will initiate a refund, exchange, or replacement as appropriate.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us immediately with relevant evidence (photos/video) for resolution.

Courier Limitations & Delays

  • Third-Party Couriers: We work with trusted courier partners. However, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen logistical challenges. Terra Reeds is not liable for delays caused by courier services. 
  • Tracking Disruptions: In rare cases, tracking information may be temporarily unavailable. Feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Terra Reeds is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
